NHDR is a dynamic and dedicated organization committed to making a positive impact on society, working tirelessly to address critical issues and create sustainable change in human development relief. With a focus on empowering vulnerable communities, NHDR strives to build a better future through its impactful and compassionate work.”

Our Culture

Mission-Driven:

We are typically driven by a specific mission or cause, whether it’s environmental conservation, human rights, healthcare, livelihood, women care, education, or poverty alleviation. The mission is at the core of the organization and influences decision-making and daily operations.

Employees and volunteers in NHDR are often deeply passionate and committed to the organization’s mission. This commitment can drive individuals to work long hours and go above and beyond their job descriptions.

Aims and Objectives

Development Strategy
  • Consideration of a human being with a holistic view which finds an expression in the adoption of a comprehensive approach to the development program.
  • Implementing a measurable project and accuracy of implementation by organizing the beneficiaries in to a customise segments where they are identified to be funded or benefitted.
  • NHDR focuses to be most excellent volunteering rather than the quantity of projects.
  • 4 National Human Development Relief It is implementing the designed planning based on certified references such as name list for widows and poor are received from the reliable and accountable data source.
  • Data collecting and researching in terms of the government certified sources in order to omit the gender bias and discrimination in a society.
  • Projects are followed by the necessary implementation and finally get feedback from the public and report back to the file systems.
  • A proper audit and accounting systems are taken in to the consideration of the general proceedings of the NHDR.
  • Monitoring and reporting the entire projects and report back to the Donors on time to time.
  • No any implementations apart from the NHDR protocol systems will be made from the Donations.
  • We give the rights to our Donors to examine and claim the documents in relations with their funding.
  • NHDR has complete accountability and transparency in implementation
    process and official procedures.
